Where can I buy Lēdurgas Miesnieks products?
You can buy our products in our company stores and from partner retailers. See the full store list in the “Stores” section.
Are your products PVD certified?
Yes. SIA Lēdurgas miesnieks is recognised and certified by PVD, the Food and Veterinary Service. Our production facility meets all EU food safety requirements.
What allergens are in your products?
Each product lists allergens with a number code (1–14). See the full allergen list in the “Allergens” section. If you have specific allergies, please contact us before purchase.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently do not offer direct delivery to private customers. Products can be purchased in our stores or from partners. Wholesale customers should contact us directly.
What are your store opening hours?
Opening hours vary by store. Exact times are shown in the “Stores” section, including weekday, Saturday and Sunday hours for each location.
Do you accept orders for holidays or events?
Yes, we accept larger orders for holidays, corporate events and celebrations. Please contact us at least 5 working days in advance.
Where does your meat come from?
We work with local Latvian farms. Our goal is to use as many local ingredients as possible to ensure freshness and support Latvian agriculture.
At what temperature should smoked products be stored?
Smoked products should be kept refrigerated at +2°C to +6°C. After opening the package, we recommend consuming the product within 3–5 days.
Do your sausages contain gluten?
Some of our products may contain gluten (allergen no. 1). Each product shows allergen numbers — check the specific product before purchase or contact us.
How can I tell smoked products from boiled products?
Smoked products are treated with wood smoke, which gives them a characteristic flavour and colour. Boiled products are heat-treated in water or steam. Both methods ensure food safety.
Can products be ordered with a custom label?
Yes, we offer private label services for wholesale customers. Please contact our sales department to discuss the details.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life depends on the product type — from 10 days for fresh meat to 60 days for vacuum-packed smoked products. Please check the exact date on the packaging.
Do you produce gluten-free products?
Our range includes gluten-free products, but we cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross-contamination at the production facility. If you have coeliac disease, please consult us.

Does the company offer production facility tours?
We currently do not offer public tours of the production facility for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we regularly take part in food exhibitions and markets.
