About Us

SIA Lēdurgas miesnieks is a Latvian meat processing company founded in 2004. Located in Cepļi, Lēdurga parish, Sigulda municipality, the company employs over 60 people. Our products are special because they are smoked according to ancient Latvian traditions, using only alder wood and pure alder chips. We offer a wide range of meat products — smoked meats, sausages, frankfurters, shashlik and cooked products.
